What is the minimum age for entry? / Should I bring ID?

All Gloeilamp events are 18+. ID Card required.

Is there a wardrobe for items such as jackets and bags?

A wardrobe or lockers for jackets and small handbags are available at every event.

Where can I find my tickets?

Your ticket should be sent to your email. Didn't receive it? Send us an e-mail and we will figure it out for you.

Is there ticket sale at the door?

Unless the event is completely sold out, event tickets are sold at the door. Mind that they are more expensive than the pre-sale on the website!

I lost something at the event (Lost and Found)

If we find any items at the events we will keep them for you. Send us an e-mail to check if we found your lost item.

How can I get to the event?

Tram 5 stops at a 2 minute walking distance from the venue. The venue is also reachable by bike and car, use a navigator such as Google maps towards Theater De Landing, Uilenstede 106 - Amstelveen

Untill what time can I enter the event?

Entry closes three hours before the event ends. Keep an eye on our social media for final updates and reminders.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets and tokens are non-refundable. Unless an event is moved or cancelled, then you will be informed about receiving a refund.
